Temporary Student Licenses

A temporary (1 year) license for the HKL-3000 software can be obtained free of charge by a current student at US academic institutions. The license is intended for educational purposes, primarily to process data collected at synchrotron beamlines. The license will only be valid for data collected at facilities where HKL-3000 or HKL-2000 is available to users. If the institution has acquired a license for its own X-ray facility, the student may be granted an extension of the license to process data collected on the home system. The license allows installation on one personal computer. An application for a short-term license should be submitted by the student’s mentor and include the Principal Investigator’s name and contact details. It should be signed by the Principal Investigator and e-mailed to support@hkl-xray.com.
