The Primary Investigator/Group Leader, who is registered as the Primary Contact, may designate an Alternative/Secondary Contact as a person responsible for the software maintenance. Both Primary and Secondary Contact person will be able to use the Automatic Password System , download program upgrades or request a license key update, and communicate directly with HKL Research about license-related issues. The Alternative Contact can be named and/or changed only by the Primary Contact. As a security provision, submitting the form send an e-mail to the PI.
